Delete your account

You can delete your Batal account yourself, from inside the app, in under a minute. You do not need to email us or wait for approval.
How to delete it
- Open Batal and sign inUse the account you want to delete.
- Go to Profile → SettingsThe gear icon at the top of your profile tab.
- Tap “Delete account”It is the last item, in red.
- ConfirmRead the warning and confirm. Your account is deleted immediately.
This cannot be undone. There is no grace period and no way to restore a deleted account. If you only want to stop notifications or pause a subscription, do that instead — talk to your gym or coach.
What is deleted
The moment you confirm, we:
- Replace your username and display name with anonymous placeholders, so you can no longer be identified anywhere in the app.
- Erase your phone number.
- Sign you out of every device and revoke all active sessions — the account can never be logged into again.
- Delete your push notification tokens, so notifications stop at once.
Your logged workouts, meals and history are removed from your devices and are no longer reachable by anyone.
What is kept, and why
A small amount of data survives deletion because someone else has a legal claim on it or because removing it would corrupt other people's records:
| Gym payment records | Your gym is legally required to keep its accounting records. These belong to the gym and are kept under its own retention obligations. |

| Community content | Posts and comments you left in shared spaces remain, but detached from your identity and shown under an anonymous name. |
| Technical logs | Server and error logs, kept up to 90 days, then discarded automatically. |
If deletion is blocked
Two cases stop deletion, and both tell you so in the app:
- You own a gym with active members. Transfer ownership to someone else first, then delete your account. This exists so a gym full of members cannot be orphaned by one person leaving.
- You are the last platform administrator. Promote another admin first.
If you cannot sign in
If you have lost access to your account and cannot reach the in-app option, email support@batalfit.com from a contact we can verify, or message +20 103 304 6302 on WhatsApp. Include your username. We will verify it is your account and delete it within 30 days.

حذف حسابك

يمكنك حذف حسابك في بطل بنفسك، من داخل التطبيق، في أقل من دقيقة. ولا تحتاج لمراسلتنا أو انتظار أي موافقة.
طريقة الحذف
- افتح بطل وسجّل الدخولبالحساب الذي تريد حذفه.
- اذهب إلى الملف الشخصي ← الإعداداتأيقونة الترس أعلى تبويب ملفك الشخصي.
- اضغط «حذف الحساب»هو آخر عنصر، باللون الأحمر.
- أكّداقرأ التحذير ثم أكّد. يُحذف حسابك فورًا.
لا يمكن التراجع عن هذا. لا توجد فترة سماح ولا وسيلة لاستعادة حساب محذوف. وإن كنت تريد فقط إيقاف الإشعارات أو تعليق اشتراكك فافعل ذلك بدلًا من الحذف — تحدّث مع جيمك أو مدربك.
ما الذي يُحذف
بمجرد تأكيدك نقوم بـ:
- استبدال اسم المستخدم والاسم الظاهر ببيانات مجهولة، فلا يعود بالإمكان التعرّف عليك في أي مكان بالتطبيق.
- مسح رقم هاتفك.
- تسجيل خروجك من كل الأجهزة وإلغاء كل الجلسات النشطة — فلا يمكن تسجيل الدخول للحساب مجددًا أبدًا.
- حذف رموز الإشعارات، فتتوقف الإشعارات فورًا.
وتُزال تمارينك ووجباتك وسجلّك المسجّلة من أجهزتك ولا يعود بإمكان أي أحد الوصول إليها.
ما الذي يبقى ولماذا
يبقى قدر محدود من البيانات بعد الحذف لأن لطرف آخر حقًا قانونيًا فيها، أو لأن إزالتها ستُفسد سجلات أشخاص آخرين:
| سجلات مدفوعات الجيم | جيمك ملزم قانونًا بحفظ سجلاته المحاسبية. وهذه السجلات ملك للجيم ويحتفظ بها بموجب التزاماته الخاصة. |

| محتوى المجتمع | تبقى المنشورات والتعليقات التي كتبتها في المساحات المشتركة، لكن منفصلة عن هويتك ومعروضة باسم مجهول. |
| السجلات التقنية | سجلات الخادم والأخطاء، تُحفظ حتى ٩٠ يومًا ثم تُحذف تلقائيًا. |
إذا تعذّر الحذف
هناك حالتان تمنعان الحذف، ويوضّحهما التطبيق لك:
- تملك جيمًا به أعضاء نشطون. انقل الملكية لشخص آخر أولًا ثم احذف حسابك. وهذا موجود حتى لا يُترك جيم مليء بالأعضاء بلا مالك بسبب مغادرة شخص واحد.
- أنت آخر مسؤول على المنصة. رقِّ مسؤولًا آخر أولًا.
إذا تعذّر عليك تسجيل الدخول
إن فقدت الوصول لحسابك ولم تستطع الوصول للخيار داخل التطبيق، راسلنا على support@batalfit.com من وسيلة تواصل يمكننا التحقق منها، أو عبر واتساب +20 103 304 6302. أرفق اسم المستخدم. وسنتحقق من ملكيتك للحساب ونحذفه خلال ٣٠ يومًا.
